Wanzila Kapinga Nora holds a degree in Social Communications, Option Marketing and Public Relations at the Catholic University of Congo in 2009. She is Head of Office at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Communication and Media in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Point focal point, Communication Program Officer in the Communication and Information Sector of the National Commission of the Democratic Republic of Congo for UNESCO since January 2020.
