Dr Ferdinand Ngoungoulou

Dr Ferdinand Ngoungoulou, born March 28, 1964 in Lébamba, originally from the District of Nzénzélé in southern Gabon, holds a New Regime Doctorate in Information and Communication Sciences from the University Michel de Montaigne-Bordeaux 3. He occupied the position of Director of the Central University Library (BUC) of Omar Bongo University (UOB) and CAMES Research Officer in Communication. He is currently President National Memory of the World (MoW) in Gabon then Vice-President of ARCMoW in charge of Communication and Information.
